I weigh less now than
I did 25 years ago! When I started at FT
seven years ago, it was all about the number
on the scale. I still care about maintaining
my weight, but it has become more important
for me to eat right and live a more healthy
life. It can be very confusing finding your
way through the health maze. There is so
much information out there. FT's
personal trainers take the time to teach you
about BMI, Body Fat percentage, good
nutrition and they can help you separate
fact from fiction. I am very grateful to
have had this opportunity to take better
care of myself. Not only do I feel good, my
family has become much healthier too.

I have been
working out with Jason Paulin an and off
for six years. He motivates me enough
to train with him at 5:15 a.m. for a
"wake up workout" that has helped my
fitness level, strength, energy,
nutrition and overall well being. I
feel empowered and positive, in addition
to toned and healthy. Fitness Together
helps me exceed my goals gives me more
than a work out -- it gives me
conditioning for my mind, too.

Over many
years Anna Marie and I worked out four
to five times a week for at least one
hour or more. Now we work out with
our personal trainer twice a week at
Fitness Together for a 45-minute
workout. We get a much better
workout in those two session a week than
we got out of the four or five weekly
session we did on our own. What a
difference out trainer makes.

I love soccer and I train with a
personal trainer to give me extra jump
for my game. I'm learning about proper
nutrition, commitment to fitness and
dedication to train hard to achieve my
goals.

I need to bulk up and get strong to
compete in wrestling, and Fitness
Together helped me achieve my goals. My
personal training program
included
nutritional counseling and meal plans,
and my trainer came to my house to show
me how to prepare protein drinks. My
coach now tells me how strong I am, and
although I have achieved my goals, I
continue to train at Fitness Together to
stay strong.

I wanted to push myself because I'm
about to turn 50, and I decided to run a
marathon. I'm not a runner. I'm not an
athlete, but thanks to fitness together,
I'm about to turn 50 being in the best
shape of my life.

Training at Fitness Together was a life
changing event. Each workout session is
different. I've never repeated the same
training regime. I weight 196 pounds
when I started, and I was at 35% body
fat. I now weight 157 pounds and I'm at
22% body fat. I love my high protein
diet, and I eat many satisfying meals a
day.
